Welcome to Alpha Dogs Digital! These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our custom digital product creation services. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.


Services Provided

Alpha Dogs Digital specialises in creating custom digital products for pet business professionals. These include but are not limited to forms, report cards, flyers, business cards, and other tailored resources designed to meet your specific needs and branding requirements.


Orders and Revisions

Placing an order: Orders can be placed via email, our website, or other agreed communication methods. A clear description of the required project, including branding guidelines and content details, must be provided to begin.


Revisions: We offer up to two rounds of revisions per project to ensure your satisfaction. Additional revisions beyond this may incur an extra hourly fee of £15.


Payment

Payment Terms: An initial deposit of 50% is required to secure your order, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. For smaller projects under £45, full payment is required upfront.


Invoicing: Invoices will be sent via email, and payment can be made through the methods specified in the invoice.


Refunds: Refunds are only issued if:

• The order is canceled before work begins.

• Alpha Dogs Digital is unable to complete the project due to unforeseen circumstances.


Refunds are not issued for completed work or work already underway.


Turnaround Times

Turnaround times are project-dependent and will be agreed upon at the time of booking. Delays in providing necessary content or feedback may result in extended timelines.


Confidentiality

Client Information: All information shared during the project, including business details, branding assets, and project specifics, is confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties without consent.


Portfolio Use: With your permission, completed projects may be showcased in our portfolio. Sensitive information, such as pricing or personal client details, will not be shared.


Liability

Quality Assurance: Alpha Dogs Digital guarantees a high standard of quality in all products delivered. However, we are not responsible for how the materials are used once delivered.


Limitation of Liability: Alpha Dogs Digital is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving the final product.


Intellectual Property

Ownership and Design: Once full payment is received, ownership of the completed digital product is transferred to the client. Alpha Dogs Digital retains the right to use non-confidential designs in portfolios or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon.


Materials Provided: Any templates, drafts, or other materials provided during the project remain the intellectual property of Alpha Dogs Digital and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.


Code of Conduct

Respectful Communication: We are committed to professional and respectful communication throughout the project. Alpha Dogs Digital reserves the right to terminate services if a client engages in inappropriate or abusive behaviour.


Termination

Termination by Alpha Dogs Digital: We reserve the right to terminate a project if terms are violated or if continuing is not in the best interest of either party. In such cases, a prorated refund may be issued based on work completed.


Termination by Client: Clients may terminate services at any time. Refunds are subject to our cancellation and payment policies.


Changes to Terms & Conditions

Alpha Dogs Digital reserves the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
